At OnePointe Solutions, our metal lab casework and cabinets are fully welded and include a 5 year warranty. We include soft-close hinges and drawer slides on all lab cabinets. We offer a range of powder coat finishes which are SEFA tested and give your lab beauty like it has not seen before. 

TYPES OF METAL LABORATORY CASEWORK & CABINETS CONFIGURATIONS

METAL BASE LAB CABINETS

  • Heights: 29″, 32″, 35″, 41″

  • Widths: 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″, 48″

  • Depths: 18″, 22″

  • Drawers: 0 to 6

  • Doors: 0 to 2

    • Base cabinets with widths less than 30″ will have 1 door.

    • Base cabinets with widths of 30″ or more will have 2 doors.

  • Door Hinge: Left Hinge, Right Hinge, or Double Door

  • Locks: Yes/No 

  • Pulls: Aluminum Recessed,  Wire Stainless Pull or Black Recessed

Base laboratory cabinets are standard floor-mounted casework. Base cabinets are the true soul of the lab. They set the tone for the space and provide easy access to materials,
tools, or whatever you use in your facility that you need at your disposal.

METAL SINK LAB CABINETS

  • Heights: 29″, 32″, 35″, 41″

  • Widths: 15″, 18″, 21″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″, 48″, 52″, 58″

  • Depths: 18″, 22″

  • Doors: 1 to 2

    • Sink cabinets with widths less than 30″ will have 1 door.

    • Sink cabinets with widths of 30″ or more will have 2 doors.

  • Door Hinge: Left Hinge, Right Hinge, or Double Doors

    • Widths > 24″ will have double doors.

  • Locks: Yes/No

Sink laboratory cabinets can have undermount, drop-in, or integral sinks in the tops. While usually present in a run of base cabinetry, a sink cabinet can be placed a the end cap of a lab island to create an easily-accessible workstation.

As the name implies, these are your standard wall mounted laboratory casework. Alternatively, these can be placed mounted to uprights as upper cabinetry for workbenches and islands.

Just like, flammable cabinets, acid laboratory cabinets are a great option if you need to store hazardous materials in a safe space. Each is powder-coated with an interior plasti-coat for chemical resistance against hazardous materials present in the substances.

SEFA-8 TESTING

The metal we use in our laboratory casework is SEFA-8 tested to meet the standards for laboratory casework use.

Notes:

  • All dimensions are listed in inches.
  • Cabinet configurations with 2 or more doors should not be less than 30″ wide
  • Cabinets with only 1 door cannot be more than 24″ wide
  • All heights DO NOT include countertop thickness. Please add that to the cabinet height to determine your final bench height.
