HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FURNITURE AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our lead time varies with our current production schedule. If you have a specific lead time you need to obtain your furniture by please discuss this with your Sales Consultant when discussing your project.
WHICH STANDARDS OF REGULATORY BODIES DOES ONEPOINTE SOLUTIONS MEET?

About Our Cabinets
HOW ARE YOUR CABINETS CONSTRUCTED AND WHAT ARE THEIR SPECS?
We have a variety of different productions with different constructions. Primarily our cabinets are constructed of powder coated steel and/or laminate. Specifications for our products are available upon request by calling 866.612.7312 or by contacting your Sales Consultant.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSET AND OVERLAY?
Inset or Overlay describe the positioning of the door and drawer faces in a cabinet. Inset means that the door or drawer sits flush with the face of the cabinet. Overlay means the doors and drawers cover over the front frame of the cabinet. Most of our metal cabinetry is constructed with inset doors and drawers, and this combined with our hidden soft close hinges give your cabinets a very clean, sleek and modern look. We do have other designs available, please discuss your needs with your Sales Consultant when discussing your project requirements.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT ORDERING A LARGE QUANTITY OF CABINETRY? ARE YOU ABLE TO MEET ANY SIZE ORDER?
The process for ordering cabinets with Onepointe for large or small jobs all start with a discussion with one of our knowledgeable Sales Consultants. We can handle all size jobs, though delivery lead times can vary with job size. If you have a large furniture order please speak directly with one of our Sales Consultants by calling 866.612.7312.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY CABINETS AFTER THEY ARRIVE? DO THEY COME PRE-ASSEMBLED?
Assembly requirements can vary by the type of product. Most of our cabinetry does come fully assembled and ready to install. Installation instructions are available. We also offer installation services for our customers if you would rather not assemble or install our product yourself!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR WARRANTIES?
OnePointe Solutions LLC warrants the products we sell are free of defects in materials or workmanship to the purchaser under normal use and service for duration listed on our warranty page (https://www.onepointesolutions.com/warranty/). We will at our sole obligation will repair or replace (at its option) any product, part, or component covered by this warranty which fails to perform to the products specifications.
