With more than 15 years of experience in the industrial and manufacturing industries, Aaron is a respected leader and expert in the field. Aaron founded and led his own successful manufacturing company, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs and business owners.
As CEO of OnePointe Solutions, Aaron is focused on driving growth and innovation while maintaining the company’s commitment to high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
In his free time, Aaron coaches youth basketball and baseball.
With over 18 years of experience in sales and business development, Roy is a results-driven leader who has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Prior to joining OnePointe Solutions, Roy held a number of senior sales leadership positions, where he led successful sales teams and developed effective strategies to meet revenue targets.
Both at work and in his free time, Roy is very competitive and can make anyone laugh in under 30 seconds.
With over 10 years of experience in operations and finance, Don is a highly skilled and detail-oriented leader who is committed to driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall performance.
Don is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices, and is always seeking ways to improve processes and drive results.
In his free time, Don is a roller coaster enthusiast and has rode hundreds all across the world.
TR is a seasoned manufacturing and design professional with over 10 years of experience in the laboratory furniture industry. As Vice President of Design, TR leads the development and implementation of innovative production and design concepts for OnePointe’s products.
TR’s ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage cutting-edge technology has led to the successful launch of several product lines.
In his free time, TR spends time with his family and loves going to the lake during the summer.
April started at OnePointe Solutions in 2015, as a Sales Account Executive, before transitioning to Sales Manager. April brings over 10 years of experience in industrial and laboratory design sales to the OnePointe team.
Fluent in Spanish, April has been able to work closely with customers in Mexico and the Caribbean to bridge the communication gap and provide solutions for their work environment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Nick started at OnePointe Solutions in 2016. He brings 7 years of experience in the laboratory and industrial furniture industry to the OnePointe team.
Nick specializes in our steel furniture offerings, laboratory design layout, and custom design projects. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and coaching his kids’ various sports teams.
Amy Mosley started at OnePointe Solutions in 2020 as an Account Executive. Amy brings more than 10 years of experience in the laboratory and technical furniture industry to the OnePointe team.
Amy specializes in laboratory design layout, as well as industrial and lab benching solutions. In her free time, she enjoys bootcamp classes, and playing with her kids and three dogs.
Michael Martinez started at OnePointe Solutions in 2021 and brings 8 years of experience in the laboratory and technical furniture industry to the OnePointe team. He specializes in laboratory design layout and OEM custom design projects.
In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, traveling, and taking his dog, Lana to the dog park and trails.
Matthew started at OnePointe Solutions in 2021 as an Account Executive. He brings over 16 years of experience in sales to the OnePointe team.
Matthew specializes in helping customers with plastic laminate casework. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf.
Maison Goddard started at OnePointe Solutions in 2023, as a Project Estimator. He brings experience in project estimating to the OnePointe team and specializes in Blue-Beam. In his free time, Maison enjoys computer and outdoor activities.
Andres started at OnePointe Solutions in 2021, as a Designer, before transitioning to a Sales Representative in 2022. Andres brings 6 years of experience in product design to the OnePointe team. He specializes in laboratory furniture. In his free time, Andres enjoys spending time outdoors.
Sydney started at OnePointe Solutions in 2020, as Marketing Specialist, before transitioning to the Director of Marketing in 2022. Sydney brings 3 years of experience in marketing to the OnePointe team.
She specializes in website design, branding, lead generation, and content creation. In her free time, she enjoys just being comfortable, sleeping in, and watching TV.
Cordez started with OnePointe in 2023, as Lead Support Specialist, where he specializes in lead communication, marketing and sales support.

Jason Lackey started at OnePointe Solutions in 2021 as the Production Design Manager. He transitioned to Director of Engineering in 2022. Jason brings 13 years of experience in design and engineering to the OnePointe team.
He specializes in complex designs, team building and strategy, and department process improvement and development. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and running a music recording and production studio.
Ronald Arredondo Jr. started at OnePointe Solutions in 2022, as Manager of Product Development.
He brings 30+ years of experience in laboratory casework design and sheet metal manufacturing to the OnePointe team. Ronald’s specialty is fume hood design. In his free time, he enjoys working in his garage.
Jesus started at OnePointe Solutions in 2019, as a Project Estimator, before transitioning to Design Specialist in 2020. In 2022, Jesus transitioned to Production Design Manager.
Jesus brings over 10 years of experience in drafting and design to the OnePointe team, with a specialty in Solidworks design. In his free time, he enjoys designing and 3D printing his designs.
Zuelem started at OnePointe Solutions in 2020, as an Estimator. She transitioned to Designer Approval in 2021 and Approval Design Manager in 2022.
She brings 2 years of experience in laboratory engineering and 12 years of industrial engineering to the OnePointe team. In her free time, she enjoys doing crafts.
Stephen Byrne started at OnePointe Solutions in 2019, as a Design Specialist. He brings 5 years of experience drafting to the OnePointe team.
He specializes in supporting the team with training and development, and BIM management tasks including Revit Family Development and template creation. In his free time, Stephen enjoys woodworking, yard work, and time outdoors.
Carlos started at OnePointe Solutions in 2020, as a Revit Specialist. In 2021, he transitioned to Design Manager, and then again transitioned to Director of Project Management in 2022.
Carlos brings 2 years of experience in scheduling, forecasting, and project management to the OnePointe team. He specializes in providing support to customers and his team. In his free time, Carlos enjoys playing video games.
Brooke started at OnePointe Solutions in 2023, as a Project Manager. Brooke brings 8 years of experience in construction, energy, and defense projects to the OnePointe team.
She specializes in project management, efficient communication, and improving client relations. In her free time, she enjoys acing questions at trivia, spending time with her dogs and hanging out with her family.
Shahnaz started at OnePointe Solutions in 2019, as a Cost Estimator, before transitioning to Project Manager in 2022. She brings over 9 years of experience in construction project estimation and management to the OnePointe team.
Shahnaz specializes in estimation of all CSI divisions and contracts management. In her free time, she enjoys admiring nature, volunteering, and reading books.
Breanna Tyra started at OnePointe Solutions in 2022, as a Install Coordinator, before transitioning to Project Manager. She brings experience in organizing, planning, and monitoring projects from start to finish.
Breanna specializes in coordinating OnePointe’s product installations across the United States. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family.
Ashley started at OnePointe Solutions in 2016, as Operations Manager. She transitioned to Chief of Staff in 2021, where she focuses on implementing strategic planning processes.
Ashley brings over 6 years of experience in operation management to the OnePointe team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and hosting game nights.
Nicole started at OnePointe Solutions in 2020, as a Purchaser, before she transitioned to her role as Operations Manager in 2022.
Nicole specializes in supply chain management, where she oversees the process of sourcing materials and managing inventory. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her chickens.

Julie started in 2022, in an Accounts Payable role. Julie brings 6 years of experience in accounting to OnePointe Solutions.
She specializes in accounts payable, tax certificates, and supporting accounts receivable. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, cooking, and photography.
Thomas has been Quality Assurance Manager since 2020 and brings over 25 years of experience in quality management to the OnePointe team. Thomas works closely with all departments to diligently create and maintain standards, processes, and controls to support continuous improvement within OnePointe.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys the great outdoors by hunting and fishing, as well as motocross. He also enjoys artifacts from cowboys and Native Americans and playing the harmonica and 12 string guitar.
Sean started at OnePointe in 2015, as a Designer. He transitioned through multiple roles in his time at OnePointe and is now a Quality Assurance Professional as of 2021.
Sean brings over 6 years of design experience to the OnePointe team and specializes in process improvement and document reviews. In his free time, he enjoys camping.
Delia joined the OnePointe Solutions’ Quality team in 2018 and brings over 5 years of experience to the team. She specializes in reviewing products and materials during the manufacturing process to make sure OnePointe requirements are met. In her free time, Delia loves to go fishing.
Ashlynne started at OnePointe Solutions in 2023 and brings experience in quality control and attention detail to the OnePointe team.
She specializes in ensuring that OnePointe products meet our standard of quality by documenting procedures and conducting inspections. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and watching Netflix.
Harrison started at OnePointe Solutions in 2021, as a Finisher, before transitioning Production Manager in 2022. Harrison brings 8 years of experience in fabrication to the OnePointe team.
He specializes in sheet metal machinery and welding. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and riding four-wheelers.

Maralinda Klingerman started as a Punch Press Operator at OnePointe Solutions in 2017. She transitioned to Fix Order Lead in 2022. Maralinda brings five years of experience in industrial machines to the OnePointe team. In her free time, Maralinda enjoys doing arts and crafts!
Luisa Torres started at OnePointe Solutions in 2018, as Shipping & Receiving Lead, and also the Lead in the C-group/Kitting department. Luisa brings over four years of experience to the OnePointe team.
She specializes in kitting all jobs that come to finishing department, receiving all items, and overlooking detailed documentation in the shipping department. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and watching football.
Andrew started at OnePointe Solutions in 2022, as a Finisher before he transitioned to Sheet Metal Manager in 2023. He brings over 10 years of experience in sheet metal to the OnePointe team and specializes in fabrication. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and playing video games.
Frank started at OnePointe Solutions in 2015 and has since then transitioned to Powder Coat Lead. He specializes in ensuring all parts are painted according to specifications while meeting OnePointe’s standard of quality. In his free time, Frank spends his time as a proud grandfather to an adorable pit bull.
David started at OnePointe Solutions in 2018, as a Welder before later becoming department lead. He specializes in performing complex and precise welding techniques. In his free time, David loves working with his hands.
Dustin Hyde started at OnePointe Solutions in 2012, as a welder. He transitioned to Customer Service Agent in 2022, where he supports our customers, as well as our operations team.
