From Our Account Managers

When you first contact OnePointe Solutions, you will be connected with an experienced account manager who will assist you with your initial request and will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. Your account manager’s one goal is to provide you with a solution that will meet all of your needs. You will have a direct line of communication to your account manager at all times, both through e-mail and by phone, to ensure that all your questions are answers in a timely manner.

From Our Design Team

We offer complimentary design services with all quotes and on request. Our designers are also available for onsite consultations to measure your space and design exactly what you need for your facility.

Once your order is placed, you will receive final approval drawings to ensure order accuracy. These drawings will list the materials, dimensions, and layout of your new furnishings. Once you approve these drawings, your order will move to the production floor.

From Our Production Team

OnePointe Solutions manufactures all of our furnishings using state-of-the-art machinery and lean manufacturing principles. Our production manager, a Six Sigma Black Belt, makes it his mission to ensure your order is completed on time and our QC process is thorough and guarantees our products are of the highest quality in the industry.

Our experienced operations department ensures that your order ships via the most cost and time effective method per your conditions and that all special freight requirements are met to ensure a safe delivery of our product.

From Our Installation Team

OnePointe Solutions offers installation services across the entire North American continent. We train each of our salaried installers in-house and all installations are performed to manufacturer requirements. When our installers leave your facility, your warranties will be intact.
