Payment Terms

30 day term accounts are available for select companies who meet credit approval.

Shipping and Handling

We do our best to ensure your shipment makes it to you on time and without damage. Unfortunately, some products do become lost or damaged in shipment. We ask that upon delivery you carefully count the packages and inspect the outside packaging prior to signing the truck driver’s “Bill of Lading”. If damage or shortages are observed, state the problems found on the bill of lading before signing. Please mark “damaged” on the bill of lading prior to signing and call the carrier for inspection and replacement. (We also recommend taking pictures for your records) We will replace the product immediately, without waiting for the outcome of your claim. All we ask is that you send us a copy of the claim and a list of the damaged parts.

Concealed Damage

If you signed off on the product which appeared to be in good condition upon arrival but, after further inspection find the product damaged, please keep the product in its original carton and advise the carrier immediately.

OnePointe Solutions is not responsible for typographical errors, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for backordered items are not guaranteed. Replacement Tops: OnePointe Solutions offers the most popular replacement tops including ESD Laminate, Plastic Laminate (PLAM), Chemical Resistant Laminate, Phenolic Resin, Epoxy Resin and Maple Block. We provide straight edge and radius front edge solutions for both ESD Laminate and PLAM replacement tops. However, OnePointe Solutions can customize replacement tops to your exact specifications. Replacement tops are a great way to make inexpensive improvements to your facilities and workbenches.

All cleanroom workbenches are made with 14 gauge stainless steel and all cleanroom tables are alcohol wiped and bagged before shipping and are NSF approved. You can also upper or lower shelves, adjustable legs and drawers to your cleanroom tables.
Epoxy Resin Countertops: Epoxy Resin is a quality material that is resistant to most chemicals, moisture, impact and heat; it's the ideal solution for environments that are very corrosive or have a high level of moisture. OnePointe Solutions offers epoxy resin countertops, epoxy resin pegboards and epoxy resin workbenches.
Epoxy Resin Science Tables: There is no other material better suited for a science room than epoxy resin.
